Our client, an ERDF partner, wanted a paper version of a form for its own clients. He asked us to create an A3 file with areas to fill (mainly texts or check boxes to check). He needed a cutout area to send back the form with general terms of sale written on the reverse side.
We did the graphic conception of the purchase order form, on an A3 double-sided format. On the reverse side, we typeset the detachable general terms of sale to send back to the company. It allowed its employees to work in better conditions when they are at the client’s and to meet their needs more closely.
We also created an interactive version on a PDF form to send by email to the clients.
